The Education Commission is based on the fact Guatemalans need a state of solidarity, which achieves a greater and better investment in education, granting greater opportunities for well-being to vulnerable groups. The focus on social development in the country should address the problems that the individual addresses not only at one point in their life, but over the entirety.
